Sounds more like Glenda the Good Witch of the North (?) (think that was her title anyway) telling Dorothy that she's always had the power to go home herself. Wizard of Oz stuff.
Hmm.. Vaguely recall that Kharazan has some Wizard of Oz related stuff, so it might be related to that.

Prove to me that the quote is from WOW (why do you believe it is...?)...and tell me what the prize is, and give me some assurance that you'll actually deliver, then......

That quote is to do with moving around in the astral, ie out of body experiences. So I'm taking it this is what would happen in a quest maybe in the game (if it is from WoW). Not much help but may help narrowing it down.
